Katherine grew up as a Navy Junior in Arlington, Virginia. After graduating from Bucknell University with a degree in economics, she moved from Washington D.C. to the Hudson Valley to co-found the Croton Sailing School and the EAST Sailing Academy with Steven Jennings. Soon after, Katherine became a licensed real estate agent and established Broad Reach Farm, a successful horse boarding and breeding operation where she raised her five children. For 35 years, she thrived as an agent and broker in the Hudson Valley, ultimately joining the prestigious luxury agency Houlihan Lawrence.
At Houlihan Lawrence, Katherine evolved from a solo agent to leading a team in Columbia County and managing multiple offices across 3600 square miles of the Hudson Valley and western Connecticut.
