Katherine (Kaylee) Jennings is the founder of Broad Reach Estates, with over 35 years of real estate experience, first as a real estate agent in Westchester County NY, then as a broker and leader to build a luxury brand in Columbia County in the Hudson Valley. As the managing broker of Houlihan Lawrence in Millbrook, she developed to serve 3600 square miles of New York and Connecticut with a focus on the luxury market and was personally a top agent from 2018-2023.
Katherine grew up in Arlington, Virginia, graduated from Yorktown High School and Bucknell University and foxhunted from the age of 11 with the Bull Run Hunt (then based out of Cifton). After two years working in Washington, D.C., Katherine moved to the Hudson Valley, but continued to return to Virginia to ride and hunt as much as possible. After having her horses in Virginia for ten years, she returned to Virginia and became the CEO of KW McLean, leading over 350 agents to increase their luxury business outside of Washington DC.
Now with Piedmont Properties, Katherine is bringing her extensive knowledge of marketing luxury properties, working with investors to find flip projects and rental housing, and working with land buyers to find unique properties suited to their agricultural vision.

Katherine’s deep understanding of the entire region north of New York City cemented her reputation as a trusted real estate consultant. She excelled in listening to her clients’ lifestyle aspirations to match them with the perfect property, balancing both their needs and budget. Her leadership extended to advising sellers on effectively positioning their properties to attract the ideal buyers in any market.
In 2012, Katherine began wintering in Fairfax and The Plains, eventually relocating her primary residence to just outside Warrenton in the heart of Old Dominion Hunt Country in 2023. A graduate of Yorktown High School in Arlington and former Team Leader of KW McLean, Katherine is a lifelong equestrian with a deep understanding of the nuances of rural Virginia towns and the D.C. suburbs.
